China 3C Group (OTCBB: CHCG) is a wholesale distributer of consumer and business products throughout China, including its “3C” merchandise portfolio consisting of computers, communication products and consumer electronics. The company announced a strategic agreement with advertising agency Hangzhou Hansi Brand Design Ltd. in Eastern China.
